Ademar Cypriano holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Brasília and a master's degree in Law, State and the Constitution from UnB. He is a registered lawyer with the Brazilian Bar Association, in the Federal District and São Paulo State sections, under numbers 23,151 and 441,024, respectively, with legal experience in several Brazilian states. Founding Partner of Cypriano Advogados. Effective Member of the Brasilia Association of Civil Procedural Law - ABPC.
Mario Serpa Serpa studied at the American University in Cairo/Egypt as well as Physics and Civil Engineering at UnB. Serpa holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília, with an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets from EPGE/FGV. He has vast experience in financial operations of banks, securities brokerage firms and pension funds, where he has worked for over 25 years in matters related to treasury, management of fixed income and equity portfolios. He was Financial Director of FUNCEF and member of Fiscal Boards of large financial and non-financial companies, as well as CEO of Interfloat Investments and Executive-Supervisor of Planner Holding. He is also a frequent lecturer at Meetings and Symposia, and he is co-author of the first book dedicated to “Risk Management in Brazil” - FCE / 2003.
